1.  What is NCB in Vehicle?

NCB (No Claim Bonus), If customer did not take any claim in their  existing policy and their previous policy was Comprehensive then company will give them NCB  if customer renew that vehicle`s policy before expiry date or after 90 days of expiry.


2. If I did mistake in Vehicle policy proposal while filling and policy successfully booked?

If you did any mistake in Insurance policy then you have to send your query with vehicle RC and policy copy on insurance@payworldindia.com


3. How can customer initiate the claim in our Insurance policies?

Customers can initiate claim directly on the Insurance company website or contact on toll free no. which given on policy copy.


4. Customer`s previous policy of vehicle insurance has been expired then how can I book that policy?

If customer`s previous policy expired of Bike then you can directly buy from portal without any inspection but in case of Car you have to inspect the vehicle.


5. I booked a Insurance policy and unable to download policy copy.

Sometimes due to some technical issues from Insurance company you are unable to download policy pdf , in this case you can download  policy pdf from given mail ID or you can write us on insurance@payworldindia.com and we will provide policy pdf within 2 working days.


6. What is the difference between Nil dep. Policy and Standard policy in Vehicle?

If there is any claim in Nil dep. Policy then there is no any depreciation on any parts of vehicle while in standard policy depreciation on all parts are applicable.


7. How can I book Commercial vehicle Insurance from portal?

Commercial Vehicle Insurance is not available online in portal, You can take it offline by sending the details on insurance@payworldindia.com or call on 0124-6908883.


8. If Vehicle Insurance policy details not showing online on Vahan?

It will take max upto 30 working days, till time you can verify it by providing hard copy.


9. What is the benefits of PA owner driver cover in Vehicle Insurance?

PA owner driver cover under the motor insurance policy will pay for the compensation in case of death or any permanent disability resulting due to an accident upto Rs. 15 Lakh.

11Who can I cover on my health insurance?

Generally, family members qualify for coverage if they meet the specific criteria and definitions in the health plan contract. Typically, these family members include: Legal spouse. Biological children and stepchildren.


12What documents required to upload in portal while taking Health Insurance?

There are no documents required to upload in portal while taking Health Insurance only you have to fill the details properly.


13. What is covered under Accidental Insurance?

In Accidental Insurance, Death and Permanent Total Disability due to Accidental upto Sum Insured will be covered.

13. What is covered under Shop Protection policy?

In Shop Protection, Only Shop Content damages will be covered due to Natural Disasters, Fire & Burglary upto Sum Insured.

13. Is Maternity covered under HospiCash policy?

No, Maternity and problems related to that will not be covered.
